A roastery and café at Alserkal Avenue: we began as a small brew bar and now roast every bean we serve. Our recipe is simple: harvests we know, small batches and a cup brewed by weight.
Bunn began in 2019 as a small brew bar at Alserkal Avenue: a scale, a pour-over kettle and a single bag of Ethiopian beans. Every morning our guests asked how old the beans were and where they came from, so we decided to roast them ourselves and answer with confidence.
We roast what we serve
Since 2021 our 12 kg roaster has worked inside the café itself. We roast small batches every morning and print the roast date, region, altitude and process on every bag, so no bag on our shelf is more than three weeks old.
Harvests we know
We choose our beans from four origins, Ethiopia, Colombia, Yemen and Brazil, and cup every lot before we buy it. Then we set the roast and the brew method that show its taste as it is.
Order and pick up
Order your drink or beans on the site, choose a pickup time and we call to confirm. When you arrive, your order is waiting on the pickup shelf with your name on it — no apps, no fees.
