Yemen Haraz

From the Haraz terraces west of Sana’a at 2,300 m, where whole cherries are still sun-dried on rooftops as they have been for centuries. A deep, sweet cup that recalls Arabic coffee.

Tasting notes: dried fig, cardamom, dark chocolate.
